Cancellation Policy
The minimum due is a nonrefundable deposit which will be credited to your total fee for services or your rescheduling fee (you may only reschedule once). *E-CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED* Any "no shows" or cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a $25 fee.
